THERE is a double bill of nostalgia at the Palace Theatre next week when two star groups from the 70s appear on stage.
The Real Thing had three Number One singles in the 70s and were hailed as Britain's top soul band.

'You To me Are Everything'. 'Can't Get By Without You' and 'Can You Feel the Force' were also hits when re-released in the 80s.

The band appears at the Palace on Saturday 10th May and two days earlier Steeleye Span will be bringing their brand of folk to Mansfield.

Pioneers of folk rock, Steeleye Span have the legendary Maddy Prior back fronting the band.

They will be at the Palace Theatre on Thursday 8th May.
