Fundraising gig at Town Mill
MANSFIELD music venue the Town Mill is staging a special fundraising gig featuring bands from Mansfield, Chesterfield and Nottingham for the Enduro Africa campaign next month.
The event on 8th August has been organised by Sutton's Nathan Moor as part of his ongoing bid to raise £5,000 to take part in a gruelling 2,000km off-road trek across South Africa for vulnerable children.
He will ride the distance during an eight-day period in October as part of the Enduro Africa event for UNICEF, Unite Against Aids and a South African children's charity.
Tickets cost £7 and doors will open at 7pm, for an 8pm start. Local bands El Draco and PAM are among the line-up.
