STAGS manager Paul Holland and his wife Claire were among the audience at the first Candlelit acoustic music gig at Field Mill on Friday.
Damon 'Monski' Downs played first with David Shields on double bass and electric six stringed fretless bass, before Palace Fires frontman Ed Bannard took to the stage . . . a fantastic songwriter, beautiful guitar player and superb voice.

  • Music first for Field Mill

Ed returns to the area on Sunday to play Meden Vale Village Hall with a new project of his, Jesus Killed Sundays - a
duo with his friend Si Ritchie.

Supporting will be Gary Armstrong, singer / songwriter from the Beetroot Kings.

Admission is £5 - bring your own drinks.

After Ed's brilliant performance at the Stags ground on friday, I would urge everyone to come along to witness first hand this sensational artist at work.
Also on the bill is the superb Gary Armstrong, singer / songwriter with The Beetroot Kings.
Gaz will be playing a solo acoustic set.
I can not over emphasise the quality of music on display here for a mere £5 entrance fee.
Bring your own drinks and enjoy an amazing night of top quality live music.
