Sutton Bairstow Eves pick up gongs for standard of service

STAFF at Sutton’s Bairstow Eves, are celebrating after finishing as one of the top three offices within the whole of Bairstow Eves East Midlands for 2011.

Individual members of staff also achieved outstanding results, with assistant branch manager Caroline Atrache being recognised as one of the top two most successful sales negotiator.

Senior branch lister Alan Heys also ended the year on a high note, being named as one of the top three property listers for the same period.

Not to be outdone, senior mortgage consultant David Pang gained similar success in financial services to finish as one of the top two performing mortgage consultants.

Sue Herrington, executive branch manager at the Sutton branch, said: “The East Midlands network has 26 other offices across the region so for us to finish in the top three for the second year running is a tremendous achievement and I’m very proud of the whole team.

“Despite the difficulties of the market everyone has remained very positive and professional and worked extremely hard, with the result that we have enabled many of our customers to move house when many people believe the housing market is at a stand-still.”

“To be successful in this way demonstrates consistency in performance throughout the year and the aim for 2012 is to continue the hard work and remain positive in order to increase the number of customers who can benefit from our success.”

Said Sue. “Between us at Bairstow Eves Sutton, we have well over 50 years experience in the Estate Agency business, so where better to turn for help and advice to ensure that you have the best possible chance of a successful move, whether you are buying, selling or both.”
