JORDAN Mariner, manager of the Mansfield branch of Newton Fallowell, is celebrating the company’s national success.
Newton Fallowell was named Best Estate Agent Midlands Region at the The Guild of Professional Estate Agents’ annual awards.
The judges were particularly impressed by ‘their commitment to outstanding marketing and innovation, their dedication to regular training and high standards for all their staff, and delivering a truly outstanding service to all their clients’.
Jordan said: “We were really pleased with the award and feel our hard work has been noticed and recognised within the industry.”
The ceremony and dinner followed the Annual National Conference, where Guild members congregated for a day of senior presentations and seminars.
These covered a wide spectrum of topics including: the economic outlook, professional brand identity, the importance of good PR & media, marketing, referrals, lettings and the mortgage market.
The theme of the conference was Independence Day - renamed ‘Inter-dependence Day’- which celebrated the connectivity offered by Guild members - allowing them to offer the best of local service supported by the latest marketing innovations and the highest standards of education and practice.
Presenting the awards to the winners was Marcus Whewell, CEO of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, who said: “The quality of award entries this year was exceptional. My hearty congratulations go to Mark Newton and the entire team at Newton Fallowell who should be very proud of winning this prestigious award”.
