THE creative genius behind prog rock group Yes and star of TV's Grumpy Old Men is to make an appearance at Mansfield Palace Theatre.
Rick Wakeman is the only person to have appeared in every edition of the hit BBC show and on the back of its success has found himself in a new guise as a highly in-demand raconteur –– which, mixed with his unique style of piano and keyboard playing, has led to some highly successful sell-out one man shows around the world.

Now Wakeman is taking to the road with his unique live tour 'Grumpy Old Picture Show', which rolls into the Leeming Street theatre on 15th May.

The former Yes star's show tells much of his life story in hilarious fashion using film and pictures, coupled with live music from the piano and keyboards.

Grumpy Old Picture Show has received a tremendous response and critical acclaim –– with audiences taken on a journey through the star's groans, moans and rants about his frustrations, irritations and issues with modern life.

He will also be treating the audience to many live tracks from his numerous hit albums on the night.

The show starts at 7.30pm, tickets cost £22.50 and are available from the box office on Mansfield 633133.
