POPULAR Mansfield tribute band 'Abba Fever' were flying high last week when they jetted out to Greece for a special performance.
Band members Steve Nelson and Dayle Thompson, of Mansfield; Michelle Cook, of Sutton; Patrick Rudge, of Doncaster, and Kerri Porritt, of Rotherham, performed a show at the exclusive home of the owner of Panathinaikos Football Club.

Abba Fever were asked to do the show after the successful release of the hit musical Mamma Mia and also to coincide with a christening in the family.

Speaking after the trip, Steve told Chad: "The experience was fantastic and a great opportunity for the band. It was worth the long journey to be part of a wonderful party at an incredible venue."

Abba Fever are now looking forward to a full diary of summer work and believe the release of Mamma Mia will only create more opportunities for them.
