A THEATRE company is appealing for Mansfield and Ashfield folk to step forward with their memories of holidays to the seaside.
A Theatre, which is based at the Old Library, wants people from across Mansfield and Ashfield to share their memories of trips to Skegness, Ingoldmells and other nearby resorts to help them with a performance.

The information will be used to create a play to be acted out at the Festival of the Bathing Beauties, which takes place close to Skegness on 20th and 21st September.

Performance organiser Andy Dobbs told Chad: "Many people from this area have gone to Skegness and places for day trips and family holidays and will have a lot of memories to tell. They will have interesting stories and events that can be developed and adapted for the stage."

Stories can be submitted by the start of August by contacting Andy Dobbs on 07951532117 or by emailing atheatrecompany@aol.com.
