THE Town Mill's monthly Headwrecker night in Mansfield on Friday featured 70s punk stars Penetration.
Fronted by Pauline Murray, the band shot to prominence with songs like Don't Dictate and Life's a Gamble at the end of the Seventies.

Championed by the late DJ John Peel, they released two albums and further singles in Come Into The Open and Danger Signs before splitting.

But they reformed in 2002 and are now writing new material and back on the road.

They were supported at the Mill by local old school punks Verbal Warning and Wonk Unit.
