A MANSFIELD Woodhouse man has appeared in court charged with a shop theft he claims he has no recollection of.
Mansfield magistrates were told Leslie Mellors (41), of Charlesworth Court, had a history of mental illness, had recently been diagnosed with diabetes and collapsed after he was arrested.

The case was adjourned for medical reports and Mellors was released on conditional bail until his next appearance on 19th December.

A NINETEEN-YEAR-OLD Sutton woman will appear at Nottingham Crown Court next month charged with aggravated burglary and actual bodily harm.

Emily Barnes, of Taylor Crescent, was released on conditional bail, which made her subject to a curfew from 11pm-7am and banned her from contacting prosecution witnesses.

She will appear at Crown Court on 5th December.
