A DRUG addict who twice sold £10-worth of heroin to undercover police officers in Mansfield is to be assessed for rehabilitation.
Michael Harpur (32) was arrested in July after being snared by officers in November last year, with one offence taking place at the Rosemary Centre.

Judge Dudley Bennett told Nottingham Crown Court on Friday that it seemed Harpur, who spent three weeks in custody on remand, was selling drugs to fund his own habit.

The judge bailed him to an address on Sixth Avenue in Forest Town under a 9pm-6am curfew.

He will be assessed to see if he is suitable for a community order, with drug rehabilitation, and will return to court on 19th December.
