Chad Sunday League clubs Rainworth Robin Hood and Innovate must send their affiliation forms to the Notts FA without delay if they wish to be allowed to play when the season starts.
All clubs must have 14 players signed by 12th August - the penalty for failure to do so is £50.

The next clubs’ general meeting is at 7.30pm on 21st August in Forest Town Welfare.
