CHAMPAGNE corks are popping as Derbyshire County Council chiefs join bosses of Henry Boot Developments to mark the official launch of the firm's new 200-acre Markham Vale commercial scheme.
The £250m project will be the county's largest ever regeneration scheme and will benefit from direct access from the newly opened M1 Junction 29A.

The two-day launch also gave potential occupiers the chance to see the investment and relocation opportunities the scheme offers.

Pictured are, from left, managing director David Anderson, development surveyor Ben Ward, director of developments Vivienne Clements, Derbyshire County Council chief executive Nick Hodgson and council leader John Williams.
