STAFF at Clipstone Co-op celebrate after the popular Mansfield Road shop scooped the firm's store of the year.
It scooped the title in the firm's annual Good with Food Awards after beating off competition from 1,600 similar sized shops across Britain.
Manager Tina Hindley received the award and keys to a new car at a ceremony in Manchester and she said: "We are thrilled to receive this award, which is down to the passion of the staff and the pride they have in the store.
"Thanks to their hard work and the support of our customers, our shop has become much more than a convenience store and plays an important role in community life."
Judges considered factors including its customer service, presentation, product availability and support for the community.
