BOSSES at South Normanton's East Midlands Designer Outlet have announced the site is to undergo a £1.25m makeover in a bid to make it the 'premier shopping destination in the East Midlands'.
The revamp will include completely refurbishing the outlet's foodcourt, Village Square and Customer Information Centre and the installation of new signage and a new outdoor eating area.

Said centre manager John Ralston: "We wanted a new look that reflects the bright future that lays ahead for the outlet.

"The project starts in early summer and is due to be completed in the autumn. The food court will be open throughout the redevelopment work so shoppers can still enjoy our dining facilities in the coming months."
