FUNDRAISERS, from right, Jansen Rose, Sally Smith, Kelly Todd, Westley Smith, Kerry Bird, Terry Brown and Ben Smith prepare to set off on a sponsored bike ride to raise funds for Kirkby's Kestrel Lodge Nursing Home.
The cyclists rode from the care home to Sherwood Pines and back again to raise hundreds of pounds to finance a trip to Skegness for residents.

Home manager Sylvia Daly told Chad: “We have a very committed staff here who are prepared to go that little bit extra for the people they look after.

“The ride was excellent and a great way of raising the profile of the home as well as money for a good cause.”
