POLICE want property owners to come forward after recovering a large quantity of stolen goods from homes on Kirkby's Coxmoor estate.
Officers raided two houses on Warwick Close on 14th August and recovered hundreds of items including power tools, fishing rods, radiators, fishing equipment and jackets from a Mansfield angling club.

A 36-year-old male was arrested in connection with handling stolen goods.

Now Pc Benjamin Ian is urging anyone who has had items stolen in recent months to go to Kirkby Police Station.

He told Chad: "We have lots of items which we believe were going to be sold on. If anyone has had property stolen in the last few months, they should come to the police station and formally identify them."

  • For more details contact Pc Ian on Mansfield 420999 ext 3762, or 07765304892.
