Sutton Sting U14s suffered their first ice hockey defeat of the season, losing 4-2 at home to Newcastle at the Lammas.
The team only came alive in the last five minutes of the game to net two goals, scored by Lawson Glasby and Jack Braidley, but time had run out for them.

The team must now put this game behind them and prepare for their next game on 2nd January at Manchester.

They had started the season brilliantly winning eight out of nine games and drawing one. A well deserved Man Of The Match went to J. K. Smith.
