FREE fitness classes encouraging more people to get active are running at Alfreton Leisure Centre this month.
The open days take place over the last two weekends of September and the first weekend in October and are open to everyone.

The sessions will run alongside the launch of Bodyvive –– a new group exercise-to-music programme integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability and mobility work.

The first session takes place at Alfreton Leisure Centre on 20th and 21st September with places available on a first come, first served basis and for more information or to book a place contact 01773 523325.
