Sutton Town had done very well to hold the Badgers to a goalless draw at Cannon Park on Saturday before a crowd of 309, and on Monday the Snipes effectively ended Selby Town's promotion hopes, a Dean Short goal in the 51st minute enough to give them a 1-0 win at The Fieldings.
Last Tuesday Sutton slammed next-to-bottom Thackley 5-1 at The Fieldings.
Adam Lee (18, 50), Craig Mithcell (41), Matt Fisher (44) and Dennis Simms (84) got the Snipes goals, with Dave Woofenden (72) replying for the Bradford side.
