Thoresby Estate reassure residents over 'traveller' encampment
Thoresby Estate have moved to reassure residents after an influx of caravans on the estate.
A spokeswoman said: "They are here for a legitimate event. They have booked and paid to be here, and we are expecting them to leave by tomorrow."
Residents raised concerned after an influx of travellers around the area, including Sutton Lawns, Bulwell Park, and Sherwood Oaks business park in Mansfield.
Sutton residents 'living in fear' of travellers One resident said: "It's like a new village has been set up."
